Terms and Conditions

1. Introductory Provisions

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the rights and obligations arising from contracts concluded between Tarra Rosenbaum Jewellery (the “Seller,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the customer (the “Buyer,” “you”) in connection with the purchase of jewellery and related services through our website or via individual, bespoke orders (the “Contract”).

These Terms form an integral part of every Contract. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific terms agreed in a Contract, the Contract shall prevail.

These Terms are drafted in English and are intended to comply with applicable United Kingdom and United States consumer protection laws, including (where applicable) the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and relevant US consumer protection regulations.

2. Subject of the Contract

The Seller agrees to deliver goods and/or provide services as specified in the Contract, and the Buyer agrees to pay the agreed purchase price.

All presentations of products or services on our website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a legally binding offer. A binding Contract is formed only upon our confirmation of your order or acceptance of a bespoke commission.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of incomplete or inaccurate information, previous material breach by the Buyer, or where there is an obvious error in pricing, product description, or imagery.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

Prices are displayed in GBP or USD, as indicated on the website, and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs, duties, and any additional charges are shown separately at checkout unless explicitly included in the price.

Payment must be made in full before dispatch of goods unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment is deemed complete once the funds have cleared into the Seller’s account.

Accepted payment methods are those displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

4. Delivery Terms

All orders are dispatched from our London Atelier, United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, or the nature of the order.

For bespoke or made-to-order pieces, delivery timelines are agreed individually and confirmed in writing.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon delivery of the goods to the delivery address provided.

5. Bespoke and Made-to-Order Pieces

For bespoke or custom-made orders, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of order confirmation. The remaining balance is payable prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

Estimated production timelines for bespoke pieces generally range from 4–12 weeks following design approval and receipt of the deposit.

Due to their personalised nature, bespoke and made-to-order items are non-cancellable and non-refundable once design approval has been granted.

The Buyer agrees to cooperate promptly during the design and approval process. Any delays caused by the Buyer may extend the delivery timeframe.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Standard Goods Only)

Where applicable under UK or US consumer law, Buyers purchasing standard (non-bespoke) goods as consumers may have the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 days of receipt.

This right does not apply to bespoke, custom-made, or personalised items.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify us in writing by email to tarra.rosenbaum@gmail.com.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer unless the goods are faulty.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Natural variations in materials, including gemstones and metals, are inherent to fine jewellery and do not constitute defects.

7. Defects and Complaints

Buyers are required to inspect goods upon receipt and notify us promptly of any defects.

Complaints should be submitted in writing to tarra.rosenbaum@gmail.com, including relevant details and photographs where applicable.

We will review and respond to complaints within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Damage caused by improper handling, wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a defect.

8. Intellectual Property

All jewellery designs, photographs, drawings, website content, branding, and promotional materials are the intellectual property of the Seller and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

The Buyer may not reproduce, copy, distribute, resell, or otherwise use any intellectual property of the Seller without prior written consent.

The Seller retains the right to reproduce similar or related designs unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Where a design is provided by the Buyer, the Buyer warrants that such design does not infringe any third-party rights and agrees to indemnify the Seller against any related claims.

Unless otherwise agreed, the Buyer grants the Seller a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to photograph and display completed works for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.

9. Personal Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the UK GDPR, EU GDPR where applicable, and relevant US privacy regulations.

Personal data is used solely for order fulfilment, customer service, legal compliance, and marketing communications where consent has been given.

Further details are set out in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any Contracts are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections applicable in the Buyer’s country of residence.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Final Provisions

We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time. Any updates will take effect upon publication on our website.

These Terms are effective as of 1 February 2026.
